Thailand’s gem and jewelry export value from January to September 2025 amounted to USD 21,537.41 million, a 73.06% increase compared to the same period of last year. The products ranked as the country’s third most important exports with a 8.47% share of Thailand’s total gross exports. Nevertheless, when deducting unwrought gold from the total export value, the actual export value of gem and jewelry was USD 10,487.44 million, a 48.75% rise year-on-year.

When considering the export value in September 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, it amounted to USD 3,801.34 million, marking a 88.51% increase. If the export value of gold is deducted, the actual export value of gem and jewelry is USD 1,484.76 million, a 16.41% increase.
