Jewellery performed strongly for LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE and Kering in the first half of the year, demonstrating robust appetite for luxury goods in a challenging market.

LVMH’s jewellery revenues rose 9 per cent in the first six months of 2026 while second-quarter figures were up 11 per cent, largely driven by Tiffany & Co and Bulgari.

Tiffany & Co recorded steady growth from the continued success of its iconic lines, Knot and HardWear in particular, revealed the group. These were supported by ongoing retail network renovations, a strong response to the Blue Book 2026 Hidden Garden high jewellery collection and Natalie Portman becoming the maison’s new brand ambassador.

Meanwhile, Bulgari saw sturdy growth in revenues, buoyed by record sales of the Eclettica high jewellery collection alongside the launch of Bulgari Vimini, and Dua Lipa and Jake Gyllenhaal being named as new brand ambassadors.

Group revenues reached €38.6 billion (around US$44 billion) in the first half of 2026, down 3 per cent on a reported basis but up 2 per cent in organic growth. Business picked up in the second quarter, with organic revenue growth of 3 per cent. The US and Asian markets were the primary growth drivers.

“LVMH maintained its innovative momentum and remained very solid in a geopolitical and economic environment that remained disrupted, amplified by the conflict in the Middle East,” the company said.

Kering’s jewellery arm also reported strong revenues – up 14 per cent in the first half and 15 per cent in the second quarter of 2026. Kering owns luxury brands Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo and Qeelin.

“Performance remained broad based, with continued strong momentum in Japan, Asia Pacific and North America,” the group noted.

Record sales were achieved at Boucheron, thanks to the successful launch of the new Quatre XS variation of the house’s beloved Quatre Collection. Pomellato also maintained strong momentum, driven by continued strength in Japan and North America and sustained demand for luxury collections.

Kering's overall revenues in the first half were up 1 per cent to €7.22 billion (US$8.23 billion) and 2 per cent to €3.65 billion (approximately US$4.16 billion) in the second quarter.
